At Wisp, we don't have an official integration with Ometria right now. This guide will show you how to use Zapier to send leads to Ometria.
Before you start, make sure you've created a notification campaign for email collection in Wisp. You will need to select is later in these instructions.
Create a new Zap. Log in to your Zapier account and then click on "Make a Zap".
Connect Wisp as a source in Zapier. Search and select Wisp.
Connect your Wisp account to Zapier by clicking on 'Sign in to Wisp'.
If you are not already signed in, you will be redirected to the Wisp login screen. Use your Wisp credentials to login.
Zapier will then request authorization. Click 'Authorize'.
Return to Zapier and see that the connection worked. Click on "Continue".
Now select the website and the Wisp campaign you want to connect. First you'll select your website.
Then select the notification campaign you created, as mentioned at the start of this guide.
Now click 'Test trigger'.
Here you will see the last email that was submitted to this Wisp campaign. Click 'Continue'.
If no email was found for your campaign click 'Skip test'.
Click on 'Continue'.
Now it's time to connect with Ometria.
Search for Ometria in the 'Choose App & Event' field and then click on the Ometria logo that appears.
Click on 'Continue'.
Link Zapier with your Ometria account by clicking 'Sign in to Ometria'.
On this screen, you will be asked for an API Key. You can follow the steps here to create one.
Enter the created API Key into the field provided and then click on 'Yes, Continue'.
Verify that you see the correct Ometria account info back in Zapier, then click on 'Continue'.
Next, click on the 'Email Address' input and select the email from Wisp.
Then you can select the subscription status and the static segment you want to use on Ometria.
When finished click on 'Continue'.
Now it's time to test your integration, so click on 'Test & Continue'.
If everything went well, you should be able to find the test contact in Ometria.
As a final step, enable your activation by clicking 'Turn on Zap'.
Wisp will now send your collected emails to Ometria.
